Global Meet-Up #6 (Montreal): The Supremacy of Sin

The nature of evil and sin

Today's lecture is on Sabbatean-Frankism: the nature of evil and sin in this world. And today's lecture is going to be different from other lectures I've done in the past because today's lecture I'm going to ask you guys to use your imagination a lot. We're going to try to get into the minds of the people who run this world to understand the psychology and to better understand why they do what they do—their behavior.

Superpowers and anxiety

We’re going to start with a thought experiment. Let's just say you're back in high school and you go on a science field trip to a laboratory and you're with your classmates and then for some reason a radioactive spider escapes from the lab and bites you. You feel kind of sick. So you ask to go home and you sleep it off. The next morning you get up and you feel very different. You feel stronger. You feel lighter. You feel faster when you jump. You can jump up to the ceiling.

In fact, you find that you have a desire to touch the wall and climb the wall. And so you climb up the building. When you run, you run really fast. You find that it's easy for you to lift things like a car. You just lift the car. You have super strength, you have super vision, you can climb. At first you're excited, and maybe you join the basketball team and you become a star player. But after a while, after a few months, this excitement actually becomes anxiety.

Because you are special, but you don't know why you're special. Why is it that there are 8 billion people in this world, but you're different from everyone else? And you can logically explain it. You can be like, "Well, I was on a field trip and I got bitten by a radioactive spider and so that’s what happened." But the explanation is not complete. You have to believe that it was not just a radioactive spider. Maybe it was a spiritual force, God or a demon. You don't know. But something powerful chose you and it causes anxiety in you. You want to know what's really going on. You want to know what the truth of the universe is. And we call this the occult.

So when you have a special power, yes, for the first few months, for the first few years, you enjoy it. But eventually this excitement leads to anxiety. You can't sleep. You can't help but feel fear and anxiety. You want to know what the truth of the universe is. You want to know who gave you this power and why this person gave you this power. So you study the occult. You want to ask yourself, are you the Messiah?

Is this a messianic mission? Were you given this special power by God or Satan in order to accomplish a special mission on this world? You cannot help but feel this. I know. And again, I know this feels strange, but I guarantee you if you were bitten by radioactive spider and you have all these special powers, eventually you're going to ask this question. Why did God pick me? That's the first thing. The first thing is you feel anxiety. You want to know who picked you and what your mission is.

But then what happens next is you feel really lonely. And the loneliness and alienation is another source of anxiety. You want to know: "I’m special, but are there other special people in this world?" And how do I find them? And how do I work with them? Because what I really want to do is keep my power. What you find is, "I enjoy this power." How do I keep this power? How do I preserve this power? How do I extend this power?

Because the great fear of course is the government will come and imprison you to experiment on you, right? You have this fear, you have this anxiety. And so the best way to preserve yourself is to find other people like yourself and work together in order to amass more power, in order to preserve your power, in order to enjoy your life. And this is why we have secret societies. Because if you are in a position of power, you feel anxiety and there are three sources of this anxiety. First of all, you don't know why or where you got this power from.

You have to explain it. That's why you're studying the occult. Second is you have a deep desire to preserve, to protect your power from others. And the only way to do that is to find others like you and to work together. Otherwise the government could come and just kidnap you and experiment on you. And the third thing of course is now that you have the special power, you want more of it. And this psychology helps us understand the psychology of the elite. People like Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin, Peter Thiel, anyone with more power, with more fame, with more wealth than anyone else. They all think like this.

And what is it that allows them to amass so much power, wealth, and fame? What is your superpower?

Sin as a superpower

So if you look at the elite, what their superpower is is sin. In other words, the people in charge, the people with all the power, money, and wealth in the world, it is not because they are smarter than we are. It is not because they are more hardworking than we are. It's because they are more amoral than we are. So to understand this, let's do another thought experiment. And the thought experiment is very easy. You are put into a room.

You stand in the room. Sitting across from you is a man in a hood. A black hood. You can't see the man. You don't know the man. And there's a table separating you two. And on the table is a handgun. Someone comes into the room and says to you, "If you take the gun and shoot to death the man in the hood, I'll give you $10,000."

And you think about it: "That’s not a lot of money. $10,000 to kill someone. I’m not gonna do it." So, you say no. Then the authority says to you, "I’ll give you a million dollars." You’re like, "Wow, a million dollars is really good. I can buy maybe half a house in Montreal now, right?" But you're like, "Yeah, but that's still not enough." And then the guy is like, "I'll give you $10 million."

And you're like, "$10 million is now life-changing." And, "Yeah, I’ll do it." So you agree to do it. But then what happens is this. You try to pick up the gun, but your hand shakes. You can't pick it up. You're paralyzed. You've agreed to do it. You want to do it. You want the money, but you're paralyzed. You can't do it. That's most of us. That is 99.9999% of us. At a certain amount of money, $10 million, $100 million, a billion dollars, who knows, we will agree to kill the other person in the hood. But when we try to do it, we can't do it.

We're paralyzed. We're frozen by we don't know what. Maybe our morality, maybe our conscience, maybe an angel protecting us. Who knows? What separates the elite, what makes people like Jeff Bezos, Peter Thiel, Sam Altman unique is they can do this. They can take the gun, point at the person, shoot it, and not feel anything afterwards. That is what separates the elite from everyone else. They are killers. So it is their capacity to sin that is a superpower.

And because they have the capacity to sin, this separates them from everyone else. This allows them to accumulate more power than anyone else. But then this creates the anxiety in them, right? Why do I have the superpower to sin? Who gave it to me? How do I find other people like myself so that we can work together to amass more power?

Is the superpower the capacity to wash away sin?

Audience question:

I imagine the next Sam Altman or the next Peter Thiel is somewhere out there, right? And he could be anybody, right? I feel like at some point they would have felt that same conscience when they had to make that decision, a critical decision that had a level of morality to it. I feel like they would still feel it, but it's more the superpower is the capacity to wash that sin.

Professor Jiang:

Yeah. Things will become a lot clearer once I finish the lecture. The capacity to sin is a great superpower in the world we have today. If you are able to break the rules, you're able to do things that other people cannot do, you will climb the corporate ladder, you'll climb the bureaucratic ladder, you'll climb any ladder a lot more smoothly than anyone else. If you work in the AI industry and you know who Sam Altman is, anyone you talk to will tell you what distinguishes Sam Altman from everyone else in the world is not his capacity to program. He actually doesn't even know how to program. He doesn't spend any of his time programming. He doesn't have any engineering or scientific talent.

What he has is a superpower to cheat, lie, and steal to get what he wants. He's not a great speaker, but when he's speaking with you individually, one-on-one, he will tell you exactly what you want to hear, even though it may be a complete lie. That is his superpower. And I would make the argument that that's not just his superpower. It's a superpower of most people in the upper echelons of the elite. To become a billionaire, you have to have a different psychology than anyone else. Normal people will just say that these people are just psychopaths.

But my argument to you is in order to be a psychopath and to be an effective psychopath, you need a certain philosophy, a religion to help you understand your superpower and allow you to act it out in a way that allows you to sleep at night. And this philosophy, this religion is called Sabbatean-Frankism. Something that you've never heard of. Some of you may have heard of it, but it is the ideology, the religion of the elite. And today, what I'm going to do is slowly explain to you what it is, where it came from, and its impact on the world.

So, these are two thought experiments that I hope help you understand the psychology of the elite. The elite, their capacity to sin is what makes them powerful. But once they have that superpower, they need to explain to themselves: why do I have it? What's it for? And this religion is what we call Sabbatean-Frankism. And so what I will do now is explain to you where it came from.

Capitalism and the Protestant work ethic

But for me to explain that, I first need to explain to you what capitalism is. Max Weber, the very famous German sociologist—he's basically the father of sociology—wrote a very influential essay called "Capitalism and the Protestant Work Ethic". His major argument is it was the Protestant Reformation that allowed capitalism to happen. So let me explain the basic argument in a very simple way. So, for most of human history, money was not a big deal. No one actually cared if you were wealthy. So, let's do a thought experiment. Let's just say, for some reason, today you all inherit $10 million. Or $10 million just flies out of the sky and hits you on the head. $10 million of gold coins.

Well, what would you do? And most of you will say, well, I will go invest in the stock market. I'll put it in the bank. But if you think about it intuitively, logically, rationally, that actually makes no sense, right? Because this is real money, $10 million of gold coins, and you put it into an abstract concept called a stock market or a bank. You don't know if you'll get it back. So, traditionally, what we did was we took that $10 million of gold pieces and what we did was we gave it to the community, right? We gave it to the people around us and we had banquets, celebrations.

Why do we do that? Because social status is tangible. It's real, right? So, if I give these 10 million gold pieces to everyone in my community, I am now king of the community or I'm an elder. And that's what matters to me. That's real power. Status is real power. That makes sense. Putting the 10 million gold pieces in the stock market makes no sense whatsoever.

Calvinism and double predestination

How did we reach a point where everything we do today is basically counterintuitive? It has to do with the Protestant Reformation. At this time in history, for most of European history, the Catholic Church is in charge. And the power of the Catholic Church was in its ability to determine who went to heaven or hell or to purgatory. It could also determine how much time you spent in purgatory before you went into heaven.

So that was its power and the source of its authority, but it was also the source of its corruption. Because what the church would do is say, "You were a bad person, but if you give me millions of dollars so I can build a church, I'll give you a pass to purgatory. And then if you pay me some more money, I'll give you a pass to heaven."

And this caused tremendous outrage amongst a lot of people. This corruption of the church just outraged a lot of true believers including people like Martin Luther and John Calvin. But they also recognized that the Catholic Church is too powerful and people really believe the Catholic Church had the power to determine who went to heaven and who went to hell. So if you want to destroy the Catholic Church, what we need to do is take that power away from them. And so John Calvin created something called Calvinism.

And to counter the church's power, Calvinism proposed the idea of double predestination. Double predestination. It sounds like a very complicated idea. It's not. It's very simple. The idea of double predestination is when God created everything, God also determined before the beginning of time who went to heaven and who went to hell. Double predestination. Your destiny was decided at the start of time. In other words, the church does not matter. Only God matters.

Don't listen to the church, listen to God. Calvinism did a lot to degrade the authority of the church. But this leads to anxiety. The anxiety is how do you know if you were selected to go to heaven, right? And the answer is, well, if God favors you. And how do you know God favors you? Because you make a lot of money, right? And the more money you make, the more God favors you.

Before you had to be obedient to the church. Now you have to make a lot of money for yourself. And this leads to capitalism because, again, before, if you had money, you would either give it to your friends and relatives or you’d give it to the church. Now you have to make as much money for yourself as possible. So you save it. But not only do you save it, but you have to go invest it. And this creates the Dutch Republic. Because of this investment, the Dutch Republic becomes the wealthiest society in the world.

It creates a stock market. It creates banking. It creates equity. It creates the modern system of capitalism. But the Dutch Republic had a major problem. The major problem was that it could be easily invaded by the European powers, the Habsburgs, the Vatican. So what happened in 1688?

The Glorious Revolution and the Bank of England

1688 was a very crucial year. 1688 was something called the Glorious Revolution. And the Glorious Revolution was an agreement between the English nobility and the Dutch nobility to merge together. And the way they did that was they transferred the wealth of the Dutch Republic, all the gold, to England. And then in 1694 this arrangement became corporatized, systemized. 1694 was the year that the Bank of England was chartered.

What is the Bank of England and why is it special? Before, in European history, kings, in order to finance wars, would borrow money from merchants, right? And merchants would lend the money to kings in order to grow their capital. The problem with that is the king could die, the king could lose the war, or the king could just be like, "I will not honor this contract." So this created a lot of risk for merchants. The Bank of England solved this problem by creating a situation where the private owners of the Bank of England were the merchants. And the organization that borrowed money from the Bank of England was not the king. It was the people of England. Through Parliament.

Remember, before, the king had the power to issue currency. Now the merchants have the power to issue currency, but it is backed by Parliament which is the people. And to make this system palatable to everyone, new ideas were created in order to justify the system. The first major idea that was created was private property. The sanctity of private property. In school, you may have learned about John Locke and how he said that there are three inalienable rights for every human being.

They are life, liberty and the pursuit of property. Why? Because they needed to justify this silly system they created where the merchants have the power to print money and the people have the right to borrow it and have to pay it back at interest eventually. And this also created the idea of democracy, right? Because people had to believe that they had an ownership stake in the country in order for them to want to fight wars for these merchants.

And this system created the modern system of transnational capitalism that we have today. And this is something that most scholars agree on. This is nothing controversial in anything I've said. It makes a lot of sense, right? There's a problem though. The problem is this.

Jewish capitalists and Sabbatean-Frankism

This explains the Protestants, but it doesn't explain the Jews. Right? There's a huge hole in this history which is we don't know how the Jews came to believe what they believe. How about the Rothschilds? Right? This system explains the Christians, the Protestants. It does not explain why the Jews behave the way they do. It doesn't explain why the Rothschilds believe the way they do. And as I keep on saying, every person needs an overall guiding philosophy. For capitalists who are Christian, you have Calvinism.

The question then is if you're Jewish, you obviously don't believe in Calvinism. Then what do you believe in? And the answer is Sabbatean-Frankism. That's what they believe. So now what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you what Sabbatean-Frankism is. But for you to appreciate what it is, you also have to remember this logic. Because the same spirit that animated reform in the Christian world will also animate reform in the Jewish diaspora.

Religious revolutions and institutions

Some key takeaways were that there was, first of all, a revolution in the Christian world against the power of authority. That's the first thing that happened. The second thing that happened was that after this revolution was successful, they needed to systemize it. You then have to systemize a new religion. And then what we also need to recognize is that a lot of what's happening was an accidental response to historical events. No one planned for capitalism to emerge. Capitalism emerged through a series of crises that the Christian world faced. Same thing with Sabbatean-Frankism. Another thing that is important is eventually what happens is Calvinism isn't really discussed because it just becomes part of nature. It's just something that becomes the world that we live in. It's the air we breathe. We don't think about it.

We don't discuss it. Things that actually make no sense, like, for example, go invest in the stock market and see your wealth grow—we take it as a natural thing. So Sabbatean-Frankism will follow the same pattern where Sabbatean-Frankism was a response to the authority of the rabbis, the corrupt authority of the rabbis. Then they began to systemize their belief system and eventually it will spread throughout the Jewish world so that it becomes part of everyday life. Parts of it become part of reality. No one discusses Sabbatean-Frankism today in the Jewish diaspora. It's just part of who they are. And by the way, I'm referring to capitalists.

Not all Jewish people. This is capitalists. The Christian capitalists are Calvinists. The Jewish capitalists are Sabbatean-Frankists, guys. Let me now spend some time and discuss the Jewish diaspora.

Catholics and Protestants

First let me explain the difference between the Catholic Church and the Protestant Reformation. And this is important. To better understand the revolution of Sabbatean-Frankism. So let's look at the Catholic Church and the Protestants. So there are lots of differences between the Catholic Church and Protestantism. The first is the Catholic Church believes that the church is the ultimate authority of God on earth. If you want to access God, you have to go through the church, specifically the priests. And one manifestation of that is Catholics are not allowed to read the Bible.

If you're a Catholic, you are not allowed to read the Bible. You have to go to church and the priest will tell you what the Bible says. The revolution of the Protestants is, no, the individual, through the Bible, allows you direct access to God. The center of authority in the Protestant world is the Bible. In the Catholic world, the center of authority is the church. That's the first major difference. And again, this is all rebellion against Catholic supremacy.

The second major difference and this is really important is the Catholic is something called amillennial. Amillennial is basically non-messianic or, "Guys, we've already achieved perfection on earth. Let's not worry about anything. All you have to do is obey the church." But the Protestants believe, if you remove the authority of the church, now you become messianic. Because the Bible is not a finished story. Jesus died and he promised to come back, but he's not back yet. So, the story is not done yet. In the Catholic world, you're taught that, well, Jesus died so the church could be born, so don't worry about it. The church is now in control. And when Jesus is ready, then Jesus will come back. But the church has already finished the mission of Jesus.

The Protestants believe, no, without the church it means that Jesus will return and so now we have to wait for his return. And some Protestants who are what we call premillennial Christians, they actually think you can actually force his return. That's the second major difference. And the third major difference of course is the Catholic is justification by works. The Protestant is justification by faith.

Catholic Protestant
Church Bible
Amillennial Messianic
Justification by works Faith

The Catholic Church is, "We don't care if you're a hypocrite. We don't care if you lie. As long as you do what we tell you, as long as your actions are good, then you will go to heaven." The Protestant is like, "That's nonsense." Your heart has to be true to God. Your faith is what matters. And as we can see, all three of these things are a response to the authority of the Catholic Church. And what I will show you is Sabbatean-Frankism is also a response to the corrupt authority of the rabbis. But first, we also need to appreciate there are fundamental differences between the Catholic Church and rabbinic authority. Right now, in this time in history, which is about 1400, 1500, rabbinic authority is what controls the Jewish diaspora. Let's look at the church and the rabbis: rabbinic authority.

What does amillennial mean?

Audience question:

Can I just clarify the difference between amillennialism and messianic? Messianic thinks that there's a savior coming and there will be peace, and amillennialism doesn't believe that.

Professor Jiang:

Messianism believes that the Messiah is coming. When the Messiah comes, if Jesus returns, there'll be a thousand years of peace before the day of judgment. And this is why it's called premillennialism. Why? Because you have a thousand years before the day of judgment. There’s also something called postmillennialism which is you have the day of judgment and then a thousand years of peace. So millennialism basically refers to messianism.

Amillennialism, the ‘a’ means without or no. No millennium. Why? We don't worry about these things. The church is radically anti-messianism.

Audience follow-up:

There's no peace, no thousand years of goodness? That's what you're saying?

Professor Jiang:

Yeah, that's what the Catholic Church believes. That's right.

Yeah. Because Augustine uses the concept of out of history, which is the Catholic Church—it is a spiritual power, not a temporal power.

Therefore, we don't worry about worldly events.

The Catholic Church and rabbinic Judaism

The Catholic Church and the rabbinic authority—there are three major differences that we need to understand for the purpose of our discussion. The first major difference is the Catholic Church as I was talking about with Daniel—it is a spiritual authority. The rabbinic is worldly. So most people don't actually know this, but it's a key crucial difference between Christianity and Judaism.

Christians believe that if you're a good person, you go to heaven and be with Jesus, right? In other words, you don't believe this world actually matters. The Jews believe something completely different. The Jews believe that God wants to come to this world and live amongst his people, the Jewish people. And the Jewish people were created, the chosen people, in order to make this world a place for God to live in.

That's why they built Solomon’s Temple as a home for God. So, a major difference between the Catholic Church and rabbinic authority is the Catholic Church believes this world doesn't matter. In fact, what's really strange is every religion except Judaism believes this. The Hindus, the Buddhists, the Christians, the Muslims all believe this world is just a temporary place before our souls ascend to heaven and be with God. But the Jews are like, "No, what matters is this world. We have to be the light of nations. We have to bring God to earth." In other words, what the Catholic people say is the Christian religion is spiritual but the Jewish religion is worldly or temporal. It's not that simple, but for our purposes, we’ll just go with this difference.

The Christians are spiritual. The Jews are worldly people. They care about materialism. Christians don't. That's the first major difference. Second major difference of course is the church has a clear hierarchy. The pope is in charge. Below the pope are these bishops which are basically just regional popes. There's a clear hierarchy in the church and they take heresy very seriously. You can't diverge from papal authority. If you do, they'll come and kill you.

But the Jewish religion is very different, right? Because the Jewish religion has no hierarchy. It is a diaspora. And so you have within the Jewish community and again there aren't that many Jews in the world, right? But you have tens of thousands of different beliefs. It's the rabbi who is the authority. It’s a huge diaspora. You have huge diversity. And the third major difference is this. How is it the church determines or how is the church able to control its flock, its people? Well, through the idea of heaven and hell, right?

If you're a good person, you go to heaven. If you're a bad person, you go to hell. And that's how the church exerts authority over people. The rabbinic system is different. The system they use is sin. The Torah. Every Jewish person must follow the laws of Moses, the Mosaic law, the Torah. Sin. Jews must avoid committing sin. And you do that by following the Ten Commandments.

Church Rabbinic
Spiritual Worldly
Hierarchy Diaspora
Heaven and hell Torah: "sin"

The laws of Moses. So now I want to talk about the concept of sin because the concept of sin is actually very concrete, very specific in Judaism. So why does sin exist? It exists because humanity, basically Adam and Eve, went away from God. So in the Garden of Eden, everyone was perfect. We were one with God. But because we betrayed the trust of God, we were cast away. When we were cast away, because we were so sinful, the law of Moses came to control us, came to help us be less sinful.

But the moment that we atone or redeem ourselves for the Garden of Eden, we will become good with God, right? And then what will happen is sin will disappear from this world and a new system will develop. God will come down and throw away the law of Moses because we don't need the law of Moses. The laws of Moses are for children, and God will now institute a new system where there is no sin, where there's no law, because we are united with God and therefore we are incapable of sin.

Rabbinic authority and compromise

Right? So this is all important. Why? Because the same process that will infect the Catholic world will now infect the Jewish world. Calvinism was a response to the corruption of the Catholic Church. Sabbatean-Frankism is a response to the corruption of rabbinic authority. Now, at this time in history, rabbinic authority is extremely corrupt. Again, it's hard for people to appreciate. I'll explain it to you slowly so you understand what's going on. We all understand why the Catholic Church is corrupt, right?

Because that's too much power. It's the ultimate authority in Europe at this time. It controls 50% of European lands. And it's embedded with nobility. So we all understand the corruption of the Catholic Church, but rabbinic authority is also corrupt. Why? Because the rabbis need to survive. Right? In the Jewish tradition, what they believe is the Jews are the chosen people and they have responsibility to help usher in the Messiah who will then redeem Jews and cause a reunion between the Jews and God. That's what most Jews believe.

But in order for Judaism to survive at this time in history, the medieval period in both the Christian world and Islamic world, they can't do that, right? The Jews can't be like, "We are the chosen people. We're better than you and we're going to come and conquer everyone." Because then both the Muslims and the Christians will kill the Jews. So their compromise was the rabbis said to the Jewish people, "Guys, God knows everything. God has a plan for everything, we must be patient and wait for the coming of the Messiah."

And in order for us to bring in the Messiah, we must follow the law of Moses to prove we are worthy of the Messiah. And this is not actually satisfying to most Jews, but it's a compromise the rabbis need to make in order to maintain their authority and in order to create peace between the Jews and the Muslims and Christians. The problem with this is this screws over the Jewish people.

Because it basically makes them second-class citizens wherever they are in the Christian world. They are denied education. They are denied ownership of land. They become basically slaves to nobility. But the worst thing is they are also scapegoats, right? So whenever something happens like maybe the Black Death or any wars, the first people to be scapegoated are always the Jews. So throughout this history for 100 years, Jews are second-class citizens and they're always scapegoated.

When times are good, they're fine. But when times are bad, they're always the first to be massacred or expelled.

Sabbatai Zevi

So, there are certain Jews who believe this system sucks. And the first person who basically said, "This system sucks. We shouldn't go with the system anymore"—his name is Sabbatai Zevi. And this is the year 1666. Sabbatai Zevi. There are different ways to pronounce his name. The correct way is Shabtai Tzvi. That's the correct way. But he's more commonly referred to as Sabbatai Zevi. And in 1666 he declared himself the Messiah. The year 1666 is very very important. Why? Because at this time in history, for the longest time, the Jews have found a safe haven called the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.

And, think of that as basically the equivalent of the United States at this time in history. It was a new territory. And they were desperate for energetic people. They were also desperate for capital. So, they welcomed Jews into their country. And these Jews were hardworking. They were very energetic and they were very creative and that allowed them to prosper. But unfortunately they were also scapegoats and so they became middlemen or managers for the nobility because nobility didn't want to work. Right? So it was the Jews who went to collect taxes.

The Jews were the ones who managed a lot of property for the nobility, which pissed off a lot of different people. So a war broke out. The Cossacks came and massacred a lot of Jews. Now the thing about the Jewish religion is the Jews believe that in their darkest hour the messiah will come. At this time in history—and this is again the 17th century—when Jews are being massacred throughout Europe, there’s a huge expectation that the Messiah is here. And in 1666 Zevi announced, "I'm the Messiah." And when he did so, anywhere between a third to half of the Jewish diaspora followed him and said, "He must be the Messiah."

Zevi was like John Calvin. He was a revolutionary. And he said, "I see the system and the rabbis are corrupt and the main source of their power is sin, right? Their ability to enforce the law of Moses on people." And his response is, "Well, if I'm the Messiah, I declare sin to be gone." No more sin, guys. Why? Because I'm the Messiah. In which case, God has forgiven the Jewish people. In which case the Jewish people are now no longer bound by the law of Moses.

Sin is a worldly idea. So he got rid of the idea of sin. This of course pissed off the rabbis because the rabbis were using sin as the main instrument to control people, right? The law of Moses. But this was a major conflict between Sabbatai Zevi and the rabbis. But the Jewish people were following Sabbatai Zevi, right? Because one sin, the worst sin that you can commit as a Jew is conversion, right? The first commandment is do not worship false idols. Always be loyal to Yahweh, right? But if Sabbatai Zevi is like, "Nope, that sin does not apply. You can convert because who cares, right? Your heart still belongs to God. You're a Jewish person. You don't have to pretend to follow the law of Moses, right? So you can convert." And the Jews are like, "That's a great idea because now if I convert to Christianity, I can have access to land, education." But what that does is it destroys all rabbinic authority.

Right now you don't have a need for rabbis. There's this huge conflict now between the rabbis and Sabbatai Zevi, the revolutionary. What the rabbis did—and this was really clever—was report Zevi to the Sultan. Zevi is in the Ottoman Empire, which is, at this time in history, the world power. And the rabbis said, "Listen, hey Sultan, this is a guy who's pretending to be the Messiah, which means that he's going to organize the Jewish people and claim your throne because that's what the Messiah will do: conquer the world." The Sultan gives Sabbatai Zevi a choice. He says, "You're the Messiah, right? I'll give you a choice. You either convert to Islam or I will kill you."

Either the turban or your head. And Zevi was supposed to be the Messiah. So he was supposed to fight and destroy the Sultan, right? But he did something that was very strange and which caused confusion throughout the diaspora, which is he converted to Islam. And the rabbis were like, "You see, he's not the Messiah." But you have to understand the logic of Sabbatai Zevi. If I already said I'm the Messiah and now we are beyond sin, I can do whatever I want and God will forgive me because what matters is my relationship with God, right? So if I convert to Islam, it shouldn't matter.

If I convert to Christianity, it shouldn't matter as well. So he was being the Messiah. But the rabbis told their followers, "You see, by converting, he has committed the ultimate sin, and therefore we should just ignore him." So this created a schism within the Jewish world. Basically created a civil war the same way that Calvinism created a civil war in the Christian world. A very similar pattern.

Were the laws created by rabbis?

Audience question:

I just wanted to consider for a moment that it may have been not just the laws that Moses made that they were disobeying as a form of sin, but it might have been the laws that the rabbis had created, like the dietary laws. It became a lot of stuff that became Jewish culture and people got fed up with that.

That was another element of their control.

Professor Jiang:

That's a really important point. So, the other thing that was happening at this time was the rabbis were creating too many laws, right? Why? Because that was a source of their power. So, what Daniel was saying is that there are actually two sources of law in the Jewish world. There is the Torah and there's the Talmud. The Torah is the written law. The Talmud is the oral law and the oral law is just the interpretation of the Torah.

Kabbalah and the occult

You guys understand what just happened, right? Sabbateanism was a response to the corruption of the rabbis and this caused a schism or civil war within the Jewish world. And this will lead us to Frankism. But before I do that, I need to explain something else that's really important if you want to understand the Jewish world, which is something called the Kabbalah. The Kabbalah.

So, what is the Kabbalah? The Kabbalah is a very simple idea. So, throughout human history, the occult has been extremely present. Meaning it was always understood throughout most of human history that there are angels and demons amongst us. And in the Muslim world they call it jinn, right? But every culture believes there are these spirits around us and they live amongst us. So this material world is only a small fraction of the total world. This is called Hermetic philosophy.

I'm not sure if you guys know what this is, but I'll make it very simple. Hermetic philosophy comes to us from Egypt and then this was embedded into Greek culture through Platonism. And then through Platonism spread into Christianity through Gnosticism. But it’s a very simple concept. A simple concept is the world that we see is a pure illusion. Matter is an illusion. What is real is energy, vibration, consciousness.

So if you see the world not as one of matter but one of energy, then certain ideas emerge. The first idea is everything is vibration. So imagine a source, a Monad. What he's doing is he's breathing. He's emanating. He's thinking. And this is happening infinitely in infinite dimensions throughout the universe. Eventually you reach a point where the vibration is so slow you can actually see matter. That's number one. Number two is there's a pattern or there's a rhythm to this movement.

So think about astrology, the movement of the stars, right? Well, there's a pattern to the universe as well, right? Number three is in different dimensions, we exist differently. We are body, spirit and soul. It's just we exist in different dimensions. Our consciousness comes before our body. These different dimensions, they correspond with each other and they affect each other. There’s something called the law of cause and effect where if something happens in your body, it affects your soul and your spirit. But if something happens in your spirit, it also affects your body as well. There's more, but that's a really simple introduction. Hermetic philosophy has been dominant in Egypt and then it went over to Greece through Platonism and then it came into Christianity through Gnosticism.

And Judaism, because it’s a worldly religion, was really resilient to Hermetic philosophy for the longest time. But that's changed with the Kabbalah. So what the Kabbalah is doing is it's trying to explain the Bible which is the main source of Jewish faith through a Hermetic lens. It’s trying to tell the story of Adam and Eve through a cosmic interpretation. Let me give you an example.

Adam and Eve, Ein Sof, and Adam Kadmon

We know the story of Adam and Eve. The Bible just says that Adam and Eve were granted paradise in the Garden of Eden. And God just said:

Hey man, you can do anything you want. There's no sin here. There's no evil. There's no laws, but there's only one rule.

And the one rule is do not eat from the tree of knowledge. Just don't do that and you're good. And of course, Adam and Eve broke that rule, right? And for the longest time, no one could explain why they broke the law. And you have different theologians proposing different solutions. The most famous, of course, is Augustine. And what Augustine says is that we were born to sin.

We were made from dust, and therefore we lack the capacity to control ourselves. That's why we need a church. The church is a shepherd; we're the sheep. The Kabbalah is using philosophy to explain the story of Adam and Eve. The story is this: in the beginning there was the infinite, and this is called Ein Sof—the infinite, everything, nothing. To create the world, because Ein Sof, the infinite, is lonely, he's trying to understand himself, he retreats into himself, which creates a space. The space will create a new force called Adam Kadmon, the first being. God expresses himself through the Tree of Life, the ten sefirot. Ten sefirot is just the ten aspects of God. I don't want to get too complicated, but the simple story is God is the will to bestow, the will to love, and therefore God must give himself to another person.

Therefore, God creates Adam Kadmon, the first man. And Adam Kadmon is the will to receive the ego, right? And so God is manifesting himself into Adam Kadmon through the ten sefirot and trying to bestow his wisdom, his benevolence, his love onto Adam Kadmon. The problem, though, is that Adam Kadmon, because he's the will to receive, doesn't understand why God is doing this. Right? And so the example is let's just say I invite you to my house for dinner and I'm really happy you're coming. So I cook you a ten-course banquet.

It's like everything you could possibly imagine. The entire apartment is filled with all this sumptuous food. You come in and you're like, "Oh my God." You're shocked. Because it's so generous. It's too generous. "He wants to borrow money from me," so you run away. So that's a problem where Adam Kadmon doesn't understand the generosity of God—that God is pure love, pure generosity, pure benevolence. So Adam Kadmon turns away from God, which breaks the world.

And that's the story of Adam and Eve. Adam and Eve were immature. They didn't appreciate the generosity of God. So they look for an excuse to turn away from God and the best excuse was to eat the fruit. But then this tells us this. This tells us that the purpose of the world is to return to God. And the way to return to God is by redeeming ourselves and appreciating the generosity, love and mercy of God. And the best way to do that is by cleansing ourselves of our own ego. That is the basis of the Jewish faith. And this is explained in the Kabbalah, the Zohar.

The Zohar and tikkun olam

The Zohar, which was, in the 13th century, written by a man named Moses de León. It was a work of divine inspiration. He's trying to bring in Hermetic philosophy to explain the Bible. It's become the basis of the Kabbalah ever since. Now, there's a very important idea in all of this which is the Messiah. The Messiah is a man that has a spiritual connection to God. So the Messiah can do things that an ordinary man cannot do.

We, being selfish, have turned away from God, and now the world is broken. Our destiny is to repair the world. Something they call tikkun olam. Tikkun olam. To repair the world. And again, because the Jewish faith is so diverse, you have different interpretations of this, but one radical interpretation is the Messiah will be the force that will repair the world.

Does the Messiah gather the shattered pieces?

Audience question:

I just want to clarify again. If you imagine it's a vessel, right? And God is pouring his infinite love into the vessel and at one point the vessel can't handle it and it shatters into pieces all over the world, all over everywhere. So the idea is that the Messiah will gather those pieces together to recreate that.

Professor Jiang:

Yeah. That is a standard explanation. But I need to explain what this means. The idea is the vessel is broken. God is splintered throughout the world. Now, the Messiah, his job is to go everywhere and find the sparks of light to reassemble the vessel so that God can come. You're like, "Well, sure, but what does this mean?" And again, the interpretation is different, but let me tell you what I believe it means. What this is really saying is this. The Jews are the chosen people.

Therefore, each and every Jew has a spark of God in him or her. Not non-Jews, but only Jews. The broken vessel means the Jewish people have now scattered everywhere in the world. The Jews are among the Muslims. They're among the Christians. They're among the Chinese. They're among the Japanese. They're among the Africans. Who knows? But they are scattered throughout the world. It is the job of the Messiah to go to every corner of the world, meet every person and find the spark of light in that person. Why? Because all humans who were sparks of light have forgotten they were sparks of light. How do you know if they’re a spark of light? If they convert back to Judaism. That is what they really believe. And I’m not saying all of them. I'm saying a fringe minority of them believe this: that Jews are hidden amongst all of humanity.

There's 8 billion. There might be a million Jews. Who knows? But these are sparks of light and therefore they need to be found. They need to be brought back into the community. And when they're together and they redeem themselves, then God can come to this world and the world will be saved. And that is the mission of Sabbatai Zevi, right? Why did he convert? Because there were sparks of light in the Islamic world. That's why he had to convert. It was not enough to save the Jews. He has to save every possible spark of light. And that's why Zevi had to convert. But the question then is how about the Christians? Well, that’s where we get Jacob Frank.

Jacob Frank

Jacob Frank considered himself the reincarnation of Zevi. Something that I forgot to mention about the Jewish faith is the Jewish faith doesn't actually have a concept of heaven because this earth is meant to be heaven. It's meant to be the home of God. But they have a concept of reincarnation. So Zevi when he dies, he just reincarnates as a different person.

And they keep on doing this for all eternity until they are able to reassemble the vessel and bring God to earth. Sabbatai Zevi converted to Islam. Then his reincarnation called Jacob Frank, he converted to the Catholic religion, because they just spread themselves everywhere. And then Jacob Frank is like, "Sabbatai Zevi started this process of redeeming humanity, but now we must finish it." He told his followers, "What we must do now is convert to every possible religion, including Islam, of course, but also the Catholic religion, including the Freemasons, including a new thing called Hasidic Judaism."

Because at this time in history Hasidic Judaism is a very popular thing, and Hasidic Judaism is very similar to the Protestant faith, which is they believe in the direct connection to God and if you truly believe in God, then you will celebrate God in all aspects of life. Be joyful. Don't be afraid. Be joyful that God is coming back. Now you have Sabbatean-Frankism which believes it is the responsibility of true believers to convert to different faiths to infiltrate them in order to find the sparks of light and then to reassemble the sparks of light in order to have God come to the world and bring eternal peace to the world.

That's the very basis of what they believe. Sin is a very important concept here. Because Sabbatai Zevi just says that sin can be ignored. You don't have to follow these dietary laws. You can actually eat pork. You can convert to Islam. Doesn't matter. What matters is your heart. What matters is your relationship with God. That's what matters.

Audience follow-up:

The meta mission was to ultimately convert back. They're withdrawing sin, but then the meta mission is to ultimately bring them back.

Professor Jiang:

Yes, that's right. Sin. Now the story gets really interesting.

Sabbatean-Frankism and the elite

Because you have this really crazy fringe group amongst the Jews called Frankism. And what I'll show you now is through their understanding of sin, they're now able to conquer the European nobility. Because remember this in the beginning of our lecture, in the beginning of the story, if you are a powerful person, you got there through sin, right? But then you have to explain to yourself why do you have the superpower?

And now Sabbatean-Frankism has come along and explained to you why you need the superpower in order to complete the end of days in order to bring God to earth. So it's God who gave you the superpower because you are a spark of light that God needed in order to redeem all humanity. The Frankists, they convert. There were Jews who converted to the Catholic religion. For the European nobility, this was great. The Austro-Hungarians, the Russians, for the longest time they struggled with the Jewish question, and now the Sabbatean-Frankists have provided a solution, which is conversion, right? Jacob Frank, who was not respected among the Jews, was well respected amongst the European nobility. He was given his own title. He had his own castle. He had his own army, his own militia. But not only that, but his followers spread and became part of the European nobility as well, including the Rothschild family. Including who else? The Epstein family. Jeffrey Epstein, guys. These bankers who are Jewish, they’re all Sabbatean-Frankists.

Because if you think about it, if you are a capitalist, Sabbatean-Frankism gives you the philosophy, the religion, the ideology to reduce all the anxiety created by your wealth, power, and status. Right? Sabbatean-Frankism tells you, one, sin doesn't matter. Sin is a good thing because sin allows you to do God's work. Number two is you were given the superpower to commit all sorts of sin in order to fulfill God's mission which is to bring about the end of days.

Epstein Island, power, and love

Guys, I want to talk about Jeffrey Epstein now because once we understand this theory, it’s actually a lot easier to understand what happened on Epstein Island. So a lot of people believe that Jeffrey Epstein was a Mossad agent who was trying to blackmail the American elite. But according to this theory, that's not what happened at all. So let me explain to you what actually happened according to this theory. So basically in the world of the elite, the more you're able to sin, the more power you have.

And the more power you have, the more control you want over the world. And if you are a powerful person, one major problem you have is love. The reason why is that love and power are in contradiction with each other. If you have a lot of power, first of all it reduces your capacity to love but it also makes you wonder who truly loves me. Right? If you're a billionaire, everyone's nice to you. How do you know who likes you? It's a huge problem if you're a billionaire.

And so, Jeffrey Epstein, the island, the entire project was to help these billionaires, these powerful people try to resolve this issue. So, again, if you're a billionaire, and again, we have to get into the mind of a billionaire. All you care about is control, right? But you want love and you don't really appreciate this contradiction. You think that if I spend enough money, I can resolve this contradiction, right? So what were they trying to do? Well, first of all, it was clear that the women who were being trafficked on Epstein Island, they were of a certain age group. They were, I think, between 14 and 17.

This is a very important age group. So the reason why you pick this age group is they are malleable, right? If you're in your 20s and you're a woman, you're a beautiful woman, well, you have had a lot of experience with men, how to deal with men, how to manipulate men, how to seduce men, and you're very skeptical towards men, right? It's hard for you to fall in love. So if you are a billionaire, you could date a movie star. You could date a model, but they are high-maintenance. They're a pain in the ass and you don't even know if they truly love you. But if you target women who are between 14 and 17, well, that gives you more control over them. That allows you to get them to love you, right?

These are virgins. And so that's the idea of Epstein Island. These were just billionaires who are lonely because they're too powerful and no one likes them and they were just looking for love. And from my perspective, that's actually a much easier explanation than the idea that Jeffrey Epstein was this Mossad agent looking to blackmail people like Bill Clinton. I hate to say this, but it's because they wanted power and control that they enter politics, right? But why do they enter politics?

Often it's because they're lonely and they wanted to look for love, right? And they felt that the more power I have, the more I'm able to find true love. And I know this sounds kind of silly, but billionaires, the psychology is kind of perverse. So if we use the theory that we just discussed for the past hour, it helps us better understand.

It also helps us better understand why Israel is doing what Israel is doing throughout the Middle East. Because it is committing genocide in Gaza. It's pissing off everyone in the world. But according to their eschatology, according to Sabbatean-Frankism, this is all part of the plan to save the world. To repair the world, what they call tikkun olam.

Questions and answers

What is the role of sexual energy?

Audience question:

The occult talks a lot about sexual energy, for instance, an obsession—I think about, what is his name, Aleister Crowley—especially in ritual and practice. But what about sexual energy mastery? Have you heard about semen retention or something like this? Mantak Chia, a Taoist master—Taoism talks a lot about it. I just wanted to have your input.

Professor Jiang:

Sex is a really important concept in the Kabbalah. This is something that's not actually appreciated. So Sabbatai Zevi and Jacob Frank were all very sexual people. They love orgies. Jacob Frank was just a peasant. He had no power and the one way that he was able to slowly accumulate power was he had a very beautiful wife and he actually shared this wife with nobility, and that's how he was able to get a lot of patronage.

I don't want to sound too derogatory, but that's a major difference between the Jewish faith and the Christian faith. Most religions believe that the body is of sin. Right? The spirit is of purity. The body is of sin. Right? When in the Jewish religion, they believe that the body is also of God. And so at the end of days, in the Christian religion, you're taught that your body will dissipate. You'll be pure spirit in order to better celebrate God. But in the Jewish religion, at the end of days, at Judgment Day, we'll keep our bodies.

Why? To enjoy the world. To have sex, to enjoy the world, because the body is a source of pleasure. So, sex is actually a lot more important concept in Judaism than it is in Christianity. And if you’re a Christian and you go and you learn about the Jewish religion, there's a lot of weird things that you can't actually accept. So one concept that they have in the Jewish religion is Israel is the bride and God's the groom, right? At the end of days, what's going to happen is, when all the sparks of light are brought together and the vessel is recreated, that's the bride, right?

That's the bride. Which means what? Which means that God's going to come and have sex with the bride. God's literally gonna come and have sex with Israel. Again, I don't want to go too much into this, but know that sex is a very important concept in the Jewish faith. And it also has to do with the Kabbalah. So if you look at the Kabbalah, the main organizing principle of the Kabbalah is the idea of thesis, antithesis, synthesis.

And what they teach you in the Jewish religion is true wisdom is to go from one extreme to another. Right? So maybe in the Catholic in the Aristotelian tradition, you're taught to live a life of moderation, right? In the Jewish faith, in the Kabbalah, what they teach you is like that's nonsense. You'll get nowhere if you just follow a life of moderation. What you have to do is go from one extreme to the other extreme. That's why you sin because sin is a path to wisdom. If you do a lot of sin and you go into the darkness, then you're able to come out into the light. So, thesis, antithesis, synthesis, and this is the main movement of the universe. You think about it, this is essentially what sex is, right? It’s the generative principle. Generative principle. So, there's a lot of sexual imagery in the Jewish religion in the Kabbalah especially.

Also Crowley is working from the tradition of the Kabbalah and he's focused on sex magic. So, going back to the Jewish faith, have you ever asked yourself why is it that you have thousands of Orthodox Jews, male, who spend their entire life just studying the Torah, right? Especially Hasidic Jews. Like, apparently there's a Jewish community in Montreal, right? They don't work. All they do for their entire life is to study the Kabbalah. What they're really trying to do is they're trying to manifest God, right? What they believe is if body, spirit, and soul are interconnected and they correspond, then if you’re able to use your consciousness in a certain way and direct it, then you're able to change the nature of reality itself. This is what we call manifestation, right?

And what Aleister Crowley believes is if the nature of the universe is sexual, right? If consciousness is sexual and we can manifest our consciousness into reality, we can implant our consciousness into reality. Now, the best way to do that is through sex, right? So, what he's saying is this. Sex is a form of meditation. And if you actually look at his sexual practices, it's actually really really hard. First of all, you have to have sex for three hours. That’s a lot of work, man. Sex for three hours.

And second of all, you cannot ejaculate. You cannot ejaculate. And third of all, both partners have to be synchronized, right? So it might take years and years for you to work up to that ability. And it could be male, it could be homosexual sex, it doesn't really matter. But you have to have two partners. And these two partners need to be thinking the same thought together. And you do that through ritual practice, right? Through ritual practice, you're able to synchronize thoughts. And during the act of sex, you’re thinking the same thought for three hours, even longer, and then it's able to implant itself in the universe because the act of sex is the act of the movement of the universe.

So you’re actually penetrating into the very fabric of the universe. You do that, then your dreams can come true. So you manifest a thought like, "I want to become a millionaire." You have sex and then this is implanted in the universe and the universe will be affected and the universe will change in a way that allows you to manifest this reality in your everyday life.

Yeah. But it has to do with the Kabbalah and the Jewish faith. One idea that you guys need to appreciate is ideas do not work in isolation from each other. If there's a Protestant Reformation in Europe, it’ll have a huge impact on the Jewish faith. And this Jewish faith, the changes to that will also impact Christianity in Europe. It is what we call syncretism.

Syncretism. And this is what Crowley would say, everything in the universe is sexual, right? So ideas will have sex with each other and breed new ideas and they'll just implant themselves throughout the world and that's why ideas are the most powerful things in the world.

What is a Jew?

Audience question:

I was watching your debate with Nick Fuentes, and I think one of the contentions that you were mentioning, where he was pissing you off, I think it was during this discussion about Sabbatean-Frankism. There was one thing that I think the moderator brought up that I never really thought of myself and maybe it's just because I never really understood it as much. What is a Jew, right? There is the ethnicity and there is the Judaism. And I think you explained it there a little bit, but I feel like that is a little bit maybe if people don't understand maybe myself—is there a real lineage or is it kind of all over the place like you were mentioning? And how does that factor into what we discussed today?

Professor Jiang:

This is probably the most complicated question in history. What is a Jew? And the reason why is historically identities, nationalities, they change over time. But the Jewish people for some reason they insist that it does not change, that they’re the same people that they were 3,000 years ago. And that's not at all true. You talk to any scholars, they will tell you like the religion of Judaism 3,000 years ago is radically different from what Jews practice today.

Also, as I mentioned before, there is a Jewish diaspora and there's a tremendous range of belief in this diaspora. So there's no one core Jewish identity. But let me give a brief background into the Jewish faith. So, what Jews believe is the kingdom of David was the peak of Jewish civilization. And this happened about a thousand BCE. This is when a lot of scholars believe that the Bible was being composed. Now, what's really important for us to appreciate is what the kingdom of David was.

So the kingdom of David was in a place called the Levant. And the Levant historically has been the most important geography in human history. Why? Because the Levant is a crossroads of three major empires. They are Egypt, which has historically been the wealthiest part of the world. Egypt, Mesopotamia, which was considered for the longest time to be the most innovative part of the world. That's where the Sumerians come from. Mesopotamia, and then Anatolia. So these are the three wealthiest empires in human history for most of human history and the Levant is where they met.

And so these three empires struggled for control over the Levant because strategically it’s the most important part of the world. Right? The kingdom of David emerged because of a historical accident called the Bronze Age collapse. The Bronze Age collapse happened about the 11th, 12th century. And the Bronze Age collapse basically meant the demise of empire. These empires became extremely weak and they were not able to exert control over the periphery, the Levant.

And this allowed for new groups to emerge in the Levant. And one of these groups are called the Israelites. If you look at the Levant here about 1,000 BCE, it is a hodgepodge of ethnicities. It's almost like Montreal or Canada. Why? Because there's wealth in Canada. So different people come to extract this wealth, right? There are a lot of immigrants.

Well, the same thing in the Levant where the Levant was important strategically. So you had Greeks. You had Egyptians. You had people from Mesopotamia. You had people from all around the world converging in the Levant. And now with these empires that traditionally control the Levant, Egypt, Anatolia, Mesopotamia—receding, these different groups got together and they fought amongst themselves. And for the Israelites, you had Greeks. They were called the Philistines. You had Canaanites. And Canaanites are just people who lived in the area. Then you had Hittites from Anatolia. But then you also had Egyptians.

And who are these Egyptians? They were priests. So there were in Egypt at this time different religious sects and they fought amongst themselves because they worshiped different deities and the ones who lost were banished to the Levant. So with the Bronze Age collapse they had to form different coalitions and so what is the way to form a coalition? The best way to do that is by forming a narrative that tells a story of all these different groups. And we call this the Bible today, right? And if you actually look at the Bible, what you'll find is different people from different regions all participating in the founding of Israel, right? Abraham is from Mesopotamia. Then you have Isaac, you have Jacob from different places. Moses is from where?

Egypt. The Bible is meant to create a narrative that combines the different ethnicities into a new people called the Israelites. Also by the way, guys, just to be clear the Bible at this time is very different from the Bible we have today. Also the Israelites are extremely progressive, open, tolerant people. Why? Because you have different ethnicities. You have different ethnicities.

Therefore, you need to worship different gods. So the theme of the Israelites at this time that's very different from Jews today is the Israelites were polytheistic. Polytheistic. And we know because there's overwhelming evidence the Israelites were polytheistic. If you look at the Bible, the word they use for God is Elohim, right? Elohim is Hebrew for gods, not God. Gods. They were worshiping three major gods at this time including Yahweh, Baal, and Asherah. We know because we find these statues amongst Israelite settlements in Egypt. So the Jewish faith at this time is really different from Judaism today. So what changed? What changed is that these empires, Egypt and Anatolia and Mesopotamia, were exerting themselves back again. They were coming back and they needed control over the Levant.

In order to exert control over the Levant, they needed to control the Israelites. The Israelites had this proud tradition and they refused to be controlled. And these different empires tried different solutions like, "We’ll bribe you." Didn't really work. "We’ll kill you." Doesn’t really work. "We’ll take you hostage." That's what the Babylonians did. In something called the Babylonian captivity. And they realized none of this works. They're like, "Screw this. We'll just kill their God." And so they burned down the temple. And this created something called the Babylonian exile.

The Jews in the Babylonian exile, because of their proud tradition, still prayed to Jerusalem. And then the Babylonians were conquered by the Persians led by Cyrus the Great. And Cyrus the Great basically said to the Jews, "I'll allow you to go back to the Levant as long as you swear loyalty to me. And how do you swear loyalty to me? By not getting along with other people in the region."

And so this is the beginning of what we call Judaism. Before there was no Judaism, now you have the Jews. And the Jews were heavily influenced by Zoroastrianism which was the official religion of the Persians. So now the Jews become first of all monotheistic and they also become segregated from the rest of the community. They become an enclosed community and the way they did that was by practicing racial purity.

Basically you were not allowed to marry a foreign woman. If you were a Jewish person and you were married to a foreign woman, you had to divorce her. And from now on, you’re not allowed to marry anyone different from you.

Audience follow-up:

I had a thought. The modern state of Israel is very much like what you're describing. It’s an amalgam of all these different people who are combined by this national idea.

Professor Jiang:

And language and so on and so forth. The Jews were basically a tool of empire. This is a way to exert control over the Levant, right? How do you control the Levant if you are an empire? Divide and rule. You implant a foreign people which will stir all sorts of problems with the local people. You tell these people, "You're special. Therefore, you can't intermarry with these other people, and you have a divine mission, which is to bring God to earth." It's no different from Israel today, and it's just how empires behave.

Israel was a creation, of course, of the British Empire, which was trying to sow as much discord and discontent in the Middle East as possible, because that's where all the oil comes from. And also, in terms of trade, the Levant is very important as well. It's really the center of the world in terms of global trade. It's no different. Then the Jews start to prosper, and after the Persians came the Greeks. The Jews became intermarried with the Hellenistic world. During this period, about 300 BCE, is when we think the Bible was fully compiled.

If you look at a lot of elements in the Bible, a lot of it was influenced heavily by Hellenistic culture, especially the story of Moses. So Moses, a lot of scholars believe he was not a real person. He probably existed as a concept before, but he was actually fleshed out during the Hellenistic period. And then of course after the Greeks came the Romans which then destroyed the temple and which created the Jewish diaspora and then, without the temple, that led to rabbinic authority being created. So all I'm saying is for all this time the Jewish identity is being changed. But the Jews, for some reason, insist, no, this is continuous. If you talk to a rabbi, he'll be like, "Well, if you go back 2,000 years, if a Jew were transported 2,000 years back to the kingdom of David, that person would feel at home." No, he won't. No. No.

It's a completely different time, different period. But the main source of Jewish power is the Bible. Because the Bible is almost like a collective memory where when you read the Bible, you feel a distinct connection to thousands of years of history. Yeah.

How does Sabbatean-Frankism relate to Greater Israel?

Audience question:

So you talked about that initial chapter of Sabbatean-Frankism where they branched off from Judaism. It was a revolution and then they infiltrated the rest of the world. So I guess I just want to kind of assess the significance of this movement/religion or ideology. Is the Greater Israel project kind of the product of that after multiple generations?

Professor Jiang:

One thing that we focus too much on is the movement of people, but it's really the movement of ideas that change the course of human history. So, here's what happened. And I’ll try to draw it out for you as best as possible. So, historically, you have an elite. And historically the elite got to where they are because they sin, right? They have no sense of morality.

Historically, this caused a contradiction amongst the elite, right? You’re sinning as your superpower to get to where you are, but it's bad. The Catholic Church told you it was bad. So what do you do? Well, you tried to bribe the church and you made confession. You felt bad about it. Historically, this is what happened where the elite did sin, but there were institutions in place to make sure the sin wasn't too bad or at least when they died, they acknowledged that they sinned and they made amends. And so that's the system that existed for the longest time.

Sabbatean-Frankism is important because now you have a religion or a philosophy that says no. Hey, sin is the path to redemption, right? How do you redeem yourself? By committing as much sin as possible. Because once you commit as much sin as possible, then you'll feel bad and you'll go back and redeem yourself. The story here that they use is the story of David. So, David, if you read your Bible, is the most beloved of God. Who did God love the most? Not Moses. David, right? Moses was this pure character who never sinned. Yeah, there was the golden calf incident, but that was not his fault, man. That was the Israelites, right? So, Moses was the most loyal to God, the most deserving of God's love.

But God didn't actually like this guy. God said to Moses:

Moses? You worked really hard these 40, 80 years to bring the Israelites from Egypt to the desert, but unfortunately, you will not set foot on the Promised Land. You will see the Promised Land, but you will not set foot on the Promised Land.

All of Moses's sacrifice, and he couldn't even set foot in the Promised Land, which is all that he wanted. He just said to God:

All I want, God, is to die in the Promised Land.

And God says:

Nope, you're not getting that.
I don't care how much sacrifice you made. I don't care how hard you worked. I don't care. You're not setting foot in the Promised Land. I'll let you see it.

That's kind of weird. Then you have David. And David is a jerk. The guy committed so many sins, but his worst sin, of course, was Bathsheba. He spots Bathsheba bathing naked. He's like, ‘Well, I really want to sleep with her.’ And he's king, so he goes and sleeps with her.

Now, she's pregnant and he’s like, "Well, unfortunately, she’s married to a guy, so how do I resolve this problem? I'll kill the guy." That’s what he does. And God then sends a prophet, Nathan, to say to David, "David, do you feel bad for sleeping with another man's wife and killing the guy?" David's like, "Not really." So then God punished David by killing his first child with Bathsheba. And then this forces David into mourning. And during this mourning, what happens is the closest relationship between God and David. So, you have these two competing stories where Moses did nothing wrong where he committed his entire life to serving God and God's like, "I don't even like you, man." And then you have King David who's a complete asshole. But this causes him to mourn and to reflect which causes a strong relationship between God and David.

Right? And this is the height of the Jewish faith where David was able to redeem himself and then become closer with God. But the message here is to redeem yourself, you first have to sin. So sin as much as you want because then God will lead you back to the path of light. So this is Sabbatean-Frankism. And now the elite are like, "Oh, wait, wait a minute. Now I don’t have to feel bad for being an asshole. I’ll just keep on being an asshole. And then eventually God will punish me. But that’s good because then we’ll become best friends."

So that's what happened here. And again, what's really important is it doesn't matter what the title is, right? The elite don't know why they believe what they believe, but they just happen to believe what they believe. They didn't know they're influenced by something, right? But once this idea was implanted, they're like, "Oh, now I don't have to feel bad for being an asshole." Whereas before during the medieval period, the Catholic Church made you feel bad for being an asshole. Now you're like, "Oh."

But you can see how this liberation was from the elite perspective a really good thing. Because now they're able to amass more power for themselves. There's no more constraint on them. And that's why even though the elite don't know this, they were eventually conquered by Sabbatean-Frankism. They don't know what this is. They may not even know who Sabbatai Zevi is. They don’t know what Sabbatean-Frankism is. But the ideas became implanted in them: "I like this idea."

And that's how they were able to infiltrate and conquer the Vatican, the Freemasons, the Hasidic Judaism, everyone basically. Because this is a thing that most appeals to the elite.

Audience follow-up:

But the end versus the endgame?

Professor Jiang:

Yeah. The problem though is ideas are living things. They’re organisms.

Audience follow-up:

I just bring that up because part of the mission was to bring them back and find the spark of life.

Professor Jiang:

Exactly. So, another thing that you need to appreciate is that ideas are organisms. They're alive. They're basically like viruses, right? And they're also like complete things unto themselves. So yes, Sabbatean-Frankism did come with the idea of sin which you like, but it also came with other ideas that you may not know of. Which are now going to influence your behavior. And one major idea of course is the Kabbalah and how the end of history is about the reunion of God and his chosen people, the Israelites.

So now you have this compulsion. You have this inclination. You're like, "I have this Frankism. The idea is implanted in me. The virus is now implanted in me and now I'm going to move in a certain way even though I don't even know where I'm moving." And so even though the elite may not agree with the Greater Israel project, even though they may think it's absurd, they are sympathetic towards it and they will not get in its way. So all you need is a fanatical minority who are like, "I want to achieve the Greater Israel project." But because of the sympathy amongst the other elite, these people are not being stopped, and often they’re being encouraged.

Yeah. But one thing that you guys need to appreciate is that ideas are organisms that once they're implanted in you, they change the way you see the world. And these viruses come with a complete story unto themselves. So it's like you're almost compelled to achieve the story, right? If you believe that sin is a good thing, you’re like, "Then why is sin a good thing? Well, it's because it's going to help us achieve the end times."

Audience follow-up:

I just want to know if there is a link. I understand how the elite would be accepting of this because it washes the sin away, but the origin of it was to convert everybody back to Judaism or bring that back to Judah or Israel. Were the most fervent agents of that just committed to that and remembered that and then passed that story on? Is there a link to Sabbatean-Frankism and the Greater Israel project? That is the part that I'm trying to understand.

Professor Jiang:

Yeah. So let me repeat this. First of all, you're assuming this is all conscious. It's not conscious. No one believes this is actually what's going on. People are not in a room saying, "Let's achieve the greater project because we're Sabbatean-Frankists." They’re not wearing labels like, "I’m a Frankist, so I need to go achieve the Greater Israel project." No one's doing that.

So, we need to figure out why they're behaving the way they are and how things are leading to the Greater Israel project. And what I'm saying is that it's ideas that drive human history. Not people. Ideas drive human history. And we are just vessels that are moving in a way that these ideas want us to move. We're not conscious of it. And what I'm also saying is because of historical accidents, Sabbatean-Frankism became implanted in the overall human collective unconscious that's driving history.

So that's why the elite are behaving the way they are. Like why are the elite so shameless, right? There's no guilt in what they do. Why are the elite so focused on trying to achieve the Greater Israel project? Right? And I'm saying it's because Sabbatean-Frankism, the idea, has implanted itself into the elite collective unconscious and it's driving history in a way that no one actually appreciates, no one understands.

Audience follow-up:

Yeah. So then it's possible then, let’s say you are an elite and you haven't heard of this but then you get introduced to this idea of, "Hey—"

Professor Jiang:

No, that's what I'm saying. There's no club: ‘We're Sabbatean-Frankists.’ I'm just saying, the air you breathe, right? How is it that you breathe the air you breathe? There are elements that are in the air you breathe, right? Why? Because you have certain factories in Montreal, because you have certain trees in Montreal, and that's why you breathe the air you breathe. The air you breathe is going to affect your body. All I'm saying is no one knows what's going on. You talk to the elite and you say ‘Sabbatean-Frankism,’ and they're like, ‘I've never heard of this thing. What is this thing?’ Even if you talk to the Jewish elite, they're like, ‘Never heard of this.’ But it's the air they breathe. It's the culture that they are in.

What would you do after a supernatural experience?

Audience question:

I guess I wanted to ask about the beginning of the lecture when you talked about the occult and having a crazy experience, a supernatural experience. If you yourself had a supernatural experience and you had experienced nature behaving in a way that you've never seen before or you had all this energy, you couldn't sleep right? What would you do with that yourself? Would you join in a cult as we know them now? Like with all the things that they do, with all the things horrible that are happening or would you make your own? Is that why you've decided to start lecturing yourself and trying to promote your kind of ideas with this in your thought process? What would you do yourself?

Professor Jiang:

Me? Could you rephrase your question in a simpler way?

Audience clarification:

If you had a supernatural experience and maybe you had multiple, maybe you’ve had these experiences and you want to do something about it. You want to tell people about it, but you can't, right? Because you said that there's people that might lock you up. There's people that might stop you from really learning the truth about or trying to tell people about your experience. What would you do then with all of that said? Would you join a secret society because they were created from those people having those experiences because they had to find a way to use that? They wanted to keep learning about their experience.

And maybe they keep having experiences so they need to do something about it and do it somewhere. Would you make your own secret society yourself because you can't trust the ones around you now because they've been infected with Sabbatean-Frankism. What would you do?

Professor Jiang:

So, first of all, let me explain how I got here. So, for most of my life, of course, I was a nobody. But I would have visions and for example, I knew Putin would invade Ukraine and I knew that Trump would get a second term. I have all these visions. And I don't know why I had these visions. And eventually I had a family and I was like, "Well, maybe if I were to go on YouTube and I got famous, then I could support my family better." Because at that time I had two kids and I was working as a high school teacher. I was not making that much money, right? So I wanted some supplementary income and I thought that if I got famous on YouTube that would help. That was just a plan.

But then when it actually happened, I’m like, "Oh, this is kind of strange." You understand, having a plan is different from it actually happening in reality. So now I have a problem which is there are certain people in the world who think I have prophetic powers and I now have this issue where if I prove that I have prophetic powers then I could get kidnapped by the government and be experimented on. I could get co-opted by secret societies. There are lots of things. So my first problem is how do I actually protect myself? And my solution was I'm not going to monetize my YouTube. I won’t monetize my YouTube. And we're talking millions of dollars, guys. Like if you actually go to my YouTube channel, I almost have 3 million subscribers. A lot of my videos get millions of views. And these go on for an hour or two hours. If you actually do the math, I’m probably just not taking $2 million.

Two to four. Who knows? But I'm leaving millions of dollars on the table. Why am I doing that? The reason why is like I don't want to be co-opted by the government or the elite or secret societies. Let me tell you a story where a few months ago I was approached by the largest publisher in the world. I won’t say the name, but it's basically the largest publisher in the world. And it's very prestigious and they were like, "Well, we want to give you a book contract, $150,000 advance for a first book," which is a lot of money. And like the issue is when you sign with the largest publisher in the world, it’s about—you’re now part of the club, right?

Because now you'll be invited on all the major news networks. You'll be invited to all the parties. You'll be invited to go speak at universities, Yale, Harvard, it's something that I would have really wanted if I were in my 20s or 30s. But now that I'm 50 years old, I’m like, "You know what? If I take this book deal, I'll probably end up getting a dick stuck on my ass."

I'm not joking, actually. I was like, do I really want to go this path, right, where you are now allowed into the club? What happened was they offered me this contract and I said yes. And then they're like, "We need you to make a video renouncing certain things you said online." And I said, "I'm not going to do that, guys," because I know this ends up with a dick up my ass. But that's how this world works. You have to prove you're part of the club and you have to go through certain initiation steps. And I'm like, fine, to show these secret societies I can't be bought, I just will not monetize my YouTube channel.

And this is the best way to protect myself. But then this leads to another problem which is, how do I go about ensuring I’m able to have these visions? What I discovered is these visions come from a good heart. I’ve been given these visions because my desire is to share the truth with the world. How do I ensure I continue these visions? By sharing the truth with the world for free in as many different places as possible by educating the public. I'm pretty sure if I decided, ‘You know what, I'll start my own private consultancy and I will only share my visions with the richest people in the world,’ I'll probably make a lot of money doing it, but I'll probably also not have these visions anymore. I'll probably start losing this access to the truth and start just doing what they tell me to do, which is spread propaganda.

The second thing is I continue to speak out in public places to you guys and share the truth. Also, what I do is, when I do meetups, I actually don't have a script in mind. I have a broad framework, but I see these meetups, these lectures, as co-creation. We are opening a portal together: your curiosity plus my intuition. We're opening a portal together into truth. We are accessing truth together. This is my strategy for maintaining my access to the truth. And for protecting myself, I'm not going to monetize, which tells the elite that I cannot be bought.

And quite honestly, the only way that they can actually control you is through money, right? The moment you decide that money is what I want, they have you. But when you're like, ‘I don't want the money. Take your $2 million and shove it up your ass,’ they can't do anything about you. In order to maintain my creativity, what I'm doing is I'm going around the world. I'm learning more about the world, but I'm also drawing inspiration from the people I meet.

The last thing which is most important is I'm keeping focus on my family. Regardless of how famous I get, what matters is ensuring my children are safe and happy and healthy, and that's my priority. And so that's my strategy moving forward.

Audience follow-up:

I guess I want to ask a follow-up on that. What if the experience isn't exactly yours? What if it's still supernatural? You can't explain where it comes from, but it's not exactly yours.

Professor Jiang:

Right? So, the question is, what if I'm being possessed, right, by a higher force? What if I'm just channeling, right? Yeah. Well, nothing changes, right? Because this force has found me because I'm a certain person because I’m living a certain life, right? And so this force thinks that I'm the perfect vehicle in order to spread a certain message that this force wants, right? In which case I need to maintain what I'm doing in order to sustain this force.

Sometimes I think that I am protected by angels. Like I feel as though I don't really have to fear anything or anyone. I just speak the truth. And what's driving it? It is just I feel I’m being protected by a higher force. And I shouldn't have to fear anything or anyone. I could be wrong.

But that's what I believe.

Could a new society counter the secret societies?

Audience question:

This is going to be a hypothetical question. It's also, I think, what the previous person was trying to say. I'm not sure if she was trying to say this, but do you think it's possible, hypothetically, let's say if you have a spark of light or a great imagination, do you think it's possible to learn the Kabbalah, practice Kabbalah, again hypothetically, to create your own cult, your own society? But instead of people that want power, basically it would be to stop the other cults, all cults, all the secret societies, and destroy their system of money, basically, which is what controls and makes a bunch of current NPCs today.

Professor Jiang:

I'm sure a lot of you have this question. And I don't think my role is to counter or destroy this nefarious system that they have. And it's something that I think about a lot. But what I believe is what I do really well is education. What I do really well is research, inquiry and communication. So I don't know what these forces are.

But if you are to counter the elite, taking them on directly does you no good because their superpower is of sin, right? So to beat them, you have to engage in sin as well. In which case you become controlled by these spiritual forces. It's like Star Wars, right? The light side, the dark side, right? So, the only way that you can actually defeat the elite is by summoning more different spiritual forces, right? And these spiritual forces are summoned through not sin but through love, openness, generosity, creativity, imagination.

The question then is, in a world controlled by the elite, who impose their values on us, how’s it possible to create new societies based on love, on openness, and on generosity? My solution is you have to do it through children. And what I mean by that is I have three kids and I think they all come from a different world. Like maybe their bodies come from this world, but their consciousness comes from a different world. And if we are truly to save the world, we first have to save the children. And so I think the society that we've constructed, the thing that makes me the most angry is how anti-child it is, right?

Because kids are meant to explore nature. They're meant to be curious, but we sit them in the school where they’re asked to sit still for 8 hours a day and where if you don't sit still for 8 hours a day, they drug you and they think this is all for your own good. Like it's all insane, right? So I think that the path forward is to focus on families bringing families together and creating alternative ecosystems in order to preserve the innocence, the imagination of children. That, I think, is the best solution moving forward.

How do AI and AGI relate to Sabbatean-Frankism?

Audience question:

I understood what you were saying about the Sabbatean-Frankists. But I'm wondering how the elite’s kind of obsession with AI and bringing about AGI might come together with Sabbatean-Frankism and whether they think AGI could be God.

Professor Jiang:

That's a great question. So, remember Frankism infiltrated all the organizations. Including the Freemasons. And the Freemasons are the people who created the United States of America. And so the Kabbalah entered the Freemasons, but it became warped through Freemasonry. So, the main ideas of Freemasonry is there is a God, but he's indifferent. The religion is called deism. There is a God and he created us in order to perfect the world. So perfection is possible but it has to be done through mathematics, through geometry, through reason. They call it reason. What they want to do is exactly what the Jews do, which is create a holy temple of reason so that God can come and live amongst us. Right? So and how do you do that? Well, you have to change the fundamental nature of humans. Humans are too loud, too opinionated, too stubborn. You have to, through education, through the media, through culture, change human beings into a perfect cube of reason.

So that means removing prejudice, that means removing emotion. That means removing tradition, family, prejudice, anything that gets in the way of reason, you have to get rid of. Once that happens, then everyone will be a perfect cube. Once it's a perfect cube, then you're going to assemble everyone together and create a perfect temple of reason that allows God to live amongst us. And so the Freemasons have struggled for centuries of how to do this. And there are different solutions historically.

One solution was the meritocracy, right? Education. Why do you go to school?

Why do you learn mathematics? To become a perfect cube of reason, right? And it's worked out really well because I went to Yale. I mean, you go to Yale and Harvard, McGill is here. These kids think all alike, man. They’re not very imaginative. They think like computers, right? The problem though is that's only a minority of people. How do you get everyone to think like these guys, which is to think like a computer? And the answer is by having everyone be a computer.

And how do you do that? Through AI. Right? So let's imagine whatever you do, it’s being monitored by AI. Right? Why is it that these AI assistants are being pushed down our throats? They're not any good. Like Siri, right? Before, you would be at home and you would have an idea, and you'd go online and be like, "Oh," do some Googling. Right now, you just ask Siri or ChatGPT.

Why? Because they're trying to get you to think in a certain way, right? And then eventually what they want is to implant a microchip in you, Neuralink. And so all your thoughts are being monitored and being controlled by the AI. That's good because then everyone will be reasonable, right? No more emotions, no more prejudice, no more hatred, just pure love. And that's what AI is.

Audience follow-up:

But as far as the AGI goes, do you think some of them think AGI is going to become God? There’s a theory that they’re trying to bring about God through AI and that the superintelligence is going to be God, essentially.

Professor Jiang:

There are things they tell us and there are things that they actually believe. There’s no way a computer scientist believes that you can create God through computers. But it's possible to make every human into a computer. In which case the AI is now God because now the AI is able to direct everything. That's what they want. They want to create a surveillance state in which everyone is monitored, in which case you now have an AI God.

That's the real goal.

What does this mean for the Canada–US trade war?

Audience question:

This might be a question that is more with your other meetup at Toronto, but of all the things you've discussed in this lecture, could it have anything to do with the Canada–US trade war going on currently?

Professor Jiang:

The US–Canada trade war is not a trade war. What it really is is a war between two empires. You have the US Empire and you have the British Empire. Canada is a colony of the British Empire, but Donald Trump believes that all of the Western Hemisphere should belong to America. That's what it is. It's a war over sovereignty. Is Canada obedient to the UK, or is Canada obedient to the United States? That's why there can be no possible resolution to this trade war. The real thing you need to watch is Mark Carney. Mark Carney, he is assembling in himself the power of a dictator.

I mean, the guy's a dictator. I mean, he's much worse than Trump. At least Trump had to get votes in order to become President of the United States. Mark Carney cheated his way into the prime ministership. You look at the Liberal election, everyone dropped out and gave it to Carney. And then during the general election, Pierre Poilievre basically self-destructed and gave him the leadership. When he became prime minister, he started to bribe Conservative members to join his caucus.

These are all actions of a dictator. If you look at the reporting from the Toronto Star, they're saying how all these ministers in his cabinet, they're being sidelined, and he's got this core group, basically executive, doing all the decisions. Everything that's happening is Mark Carney is assembling the powers of a dictator in order to serve the interests of the British, of the City of London, basically.

Is there an evil force behind the secret societies?

Audience question:

So you talked about let's say sin and how they have to do sin to bring God back to earth. But wouldn't it make more sense—because you were saying there’s evil, there’s child sacrifice—wouldn’t it make more sense that there is a force behind this evil that is in contrast to let's say God that is all loving and kind that wants the best for us? So, shouldn't there be like these secret societies?

Why are they secret and why are they performing sin? Isn't it to maybe further the agenda of some evil force? And if you read the Book of Revelation, a lot of what it talks about—you can’t buy or sell without this mark on your hand or your forehead. And all of these agencies, the secret societies, UN, they're all pointing towards a one-world government, one-world religion, maybe one-world God like he was talking about with the AI that's going to come and we're going to have to worship this God and take the mark or else we can't buy or sell and we're dead. So where do you bring in an evil force into your talk like the great Satan or something like that with child sacrifice Baal, Moloch, all these people?

Professor Jiang:

Yeah, that's a great question. So another way of asking this question is do I think Satan exists and do the elite worship Satan? Here’s what I think. I don't think the elite are worshiping Satan. I think the elite have much more complicated, much more nuanced understanding of their role in society. And I’ve just explained it to you, how the elite think. But it's hard for people to actually appreciate the nuance of what's going on. It's hard for a person to think like a billionaire. So, most people will just use the idea of Lucifer or Satan to explain what's going on. And there is some accuracy or usefulness to using Lucifer and Satan. And so, I teach predictive history. And so, I'm trying to teach people how to think in a way that allows them to understand the world and make predictions about the world.

And if you just assume the elite are Satanists and they are trying to bring out a one-world government it helps you explain, understand the world, helps you predict what's going on. And it's actually no different from what I just said. I mean I'm just trying to use a more scholarly, much more nuanced explanation for what's going on to make better predictions.

But you can generalize and say, "Well, they’re just Satanists who practice child sacrifice." I mean, there's nothing wrong with this idea. It’s just not actually how they think because no one actually thinks, "I worship Satan."

Audience follow-up:

But there's a church of Satan. There's Luciferians. There are these—

Professor Jiang:

Yeah, these people are insane. They're actually not part of the elite. Right. There are churches of Satan, but is that a real thing or is it a troll? Right. I mean, if I’m the elite, I need to solve certain problems. For example, I need access to bodies and fresh women, right? Well, now I need to create organizations in order to achieve these certain goals. So, for example, in Britain, there’s all this scandal, the Pakistani grooming gangs, right?

Well, why do they exist? And who are they working for? Well, they're probably working for the elite. So remember guys, I know this is hard for you to appreciate, but according to Frankism, they can do this to people because most people are not real human beings. What do you mean most people aren’t human?

Audience response:

The sparks of light.

Professor Jiang:

The sparks of light. That's what matters. You're only human if a spark of light is in you, right? If you're not a spark of light, who cares what I do? What I do to you? You're just a husk. You're just a body. You’re just an animal.

How should we educate and raise children?

Audience question:

You mentioned the kids. Just as you, I'm very worried about the kids. How do we go about educating them? How do we go about raising those kids in such a society?

Professor Jiang:

Yeah. I mean, look, I hate to say this, but if you really want to survive what's going on, you have to learn non-compliance.

That's the only way. If you just do what the government tells you to do, what people expect you to do, you'll get screwed over. So, don't send your kids to school.

Because that’s the way they often enforce compliance, right? And if you send your kids to school, then it's easy for them to enforce a vaccine mandate. It’s easy for them to monitor your thoughts. It's easy for them to brainwash your kid. I mean, they can turn your kid against you. And this happens a lot, right? And I hate to say this, but the bureaucracy, the police, the school system, it's not set up to deal with non-compliant people. It's to deal with compliant people.

If you look at child abuse cases, the workload is not often extreme cases where there's real child abuse. The workload is often some minor child abuse. Why? Because these bureaucrats are interested in compliance. If I'm a bureaucrat and I'm supposed to deal with child abuse, then it's easier for me to deal with soft cases, where there might be some disagreements in the household. I don't want to deal with like real child abuse where, the father’s alcoholic and all that, because that’s just painful. The bureaucracy is set up to deal with compliance. So the more compliant you are, the more you'll be bullied by the system, right? So just keep that in mind. And if you have children, then I would suggest not sending your children to school. I’m homeschooling all my kids because school is the main vector by which they force compliance onto people.

Audience follow-up:

Just to know, since you’re not sending them to school, what do you teach them? Because I know you love them. What do you teach them?

Professor Jiang:

I don't teach them anything.

I don't teach them anything. I mean, my son is back there watching his iPad and we spent some time with our family in the woods. They were just running around. What you need to appreciate is that kids are learning machines. They absorb and learn wherever they are, whatever they do. But they need freedom to do so. And no matter how well you construct the curriculum, it's still not enough for them. Honestly, the Canadian curriculum, any curriculum, I work in education. I know this. It's a complete waste of time.

For kids to learn how to read, you're like, ‘I need to teach them these letters, and then I need to teach them how to string those words.’ What kids have are these very powerful pattern recognition brains. If they just look at a book and just read by themselves, they will learn how to read by themselves. The problem is, how do you get them to sit quietly, focus, concentrate, and want to learn, right? The way you do that is by giving them autonomy, by giving them love, by supporting them. And the way you destroy that is through schooling, through tests, through too much screen time, through too much compliance.

School's the worst thing you can do for your kids.

Why would billionaires seek love on Epstein Island?

Audience question:

You had mentioned near the end of your lecture that the Epstein class going to the island went there to try to find love by brainwashing or teaching these young women, 14- to 17-year-olds, to love them. But would it not make more sense for them to try to find like-minded billionaires or people, women or men or whatever, to love each other and then raise their wealth and do so together?

Professor Jiang:

Yeah, but then who’s in control? Who's the boss?

Audience response:

Good point. I mean, they could both be the boss. I mean, they could.

Professor Jiang:

That's not how it works, man. There’s going to be one.

Audience follow-up:

What if, in that case, wouldn't they have the risk of the Epstein files, for example, coming out and then everyone being against them and they wouldn't be able to push their agenda—

Professor Jiang:

They control the world.

Audience follow-up:

Well, I mean, if 90% of the world is against them and they don't have the public opinion with them, such as the prime minister of Israel trying to buy TikTok or have the United States buy TikTok to force the younger generation to, try to have like-minded ideas?

Professor Jiang:

Most people don't matter. 99% of people, you’re not a spark of light. It doesn't matter.

Audience follow-up:

Wouldn’t it make it more difficult for Israel and them to push their agenda if they don't have the public opinion with them as well though?

Professor Jiang:

I mean, I hate to say this, but the reality is most people don't really matter. Democracy is just a myth they created in order to justify the Bank of England. I've explained this, right? In a parliamentary system where the parliament guarantees the national debt, then you need to fool people into accepting the system. You fool people by preaching private property and democracy. And what people don't recognize is these two things are in contradiction with each other. Right? In a clash between private property and democracy. Who wins?

Private property, every single time. Try it, man. The entire population of Canada votes 100%, "Let’s divide up the property equally. Let’s reduce inequality," right? What happens? The Supreme Court says, "You can’t do that. That’s unconstitutional." Too bad there's no democracy, right? In a democracy, the people can say, "We the people want this." But guess what? The law says you can't do that because private property is what matters. And people don't appreciate this. There are all these contradictions throughout society, and people don't understand these are contradictions. That's why the Frankists say, ‘People don't matter. Who cares?’

Are other-dimensional beings involved?

Audience question:

I wanted to let this one go, but since we came back, it's similar to, I think, his question. It's still hard to believe that. I mean, I get the Sabbatean-Frankism ideology of most people don't matter because of that spark. They don't have it. And yet they do all the sins. If you really want to collect the spark, do something good, why do you have to go have gang bangs and all those parties and stuff? I think you did mention, if I'm not mistaken, that you do believe that there are other-dimensional beings.

Perhaps some of the energies that you feel, when I interpret that or when I feel that, it's a good part of that or a good piece of that. Again, I'm going back to, it's hard not to feel that there is that other negative or evil, whatever. I don't want to call it Satan, or maybe these other-dimensional beings. I don't know. I think David Monroe maybe calls it ‘loosh.’ They're out there to get loosh from people. Doesn't your mind take you there? Isn't there something?

There's got to be something more messed up than just, ‘Hey, we became billionaires.’

Professor Jiang:

Yeah. So, what I think is this. There are infinite dimensions. We're just one dimension amongst infinite dimensions. There are clearly other beings, other conscious beings throughout the universe that are impacting the world that we live in. And clearly the elite are able to access the powers of these other forces. And what the elite have done is they've imposed a materialistic science and education system on us so that most of us cannot access these other spiritual beings. If you cannot access these spiritual beings, then you become a slave to the elite. That's what the meritocracy is. You go to Yale and Harvard and all that happens is you end up being a slave to the elite. I know because I went to Yale. I know how it works.

That's why I turn away from Yale. So, you're absolutely right in that there are spiritual beings. They're all around us. And what we need to do is teach our children to access these spiritual beings and that will give them enlightenment and imagination. And the problem with the school system is it tries to cut access to these spiritual beings. It's almost like you go to school and you have a lobotomy. Like I literally think that's what's happening. They're performing an operation on you which lobotomizes you and which disconnects you from the real spiritual world.

Love, connection, and spiritual forces

Audience observation:

I just want to add on to this point. It's quite simple. In fact, by taking the kids away from their parents, they're severing the love connection between the child and the parent. And if I could just summarize everything I've heard so far in this lecture, I think that the only solution for the masses is to find our own spark. And at the beginning we talked about you have a superpower, you have this anxiety, you need to find a solution to that anxiety. But there's another solution which is to allow yourself to be a vessel for the beauty, for the love.

And when you allow the love to fill inside of yourself, you become attractive to all those people around you. And the connections that we make as human beings with the person to the left of us and the person to the right of us at any given moment, at any given time, is the way that we can channel these beings or these extradimensional forces. And I think that the air that we breathe, the institutionalized world that we've raised our children into is a dark time. But we have the power as individuals to create that unity and allow that energy to come into the world.

That's my observation.

Professor Jiang:

Also, I will point out this. There are different spiritual beings in the universe and they are at war with each other. But there are certain rules to their warfare. And one really important rule is you have to grant free will to people. So in other words, if I choose to worship an angel, demons can't mess with me.

Demons can only mess with me if I sign a contract with a demon and I break that contract, guys. So this is a choice that everyone makes. You can choose to sign a contract with a demon or you can choose to channel angels. You have that choice. It's all free will. You cannot ever be forced to sign a contract with Satan or the devil. And so it's always your choice. It's a spiritual war. You can choose to pursue power, fame, and money, in which case you're stuck being a Sabbatean-Frankist. Or you can choose to live a life of love, openness, generosity, imagination, in which case you will channel these powerful angels that will help you in your life. It's always your choice.

Audience follow-up:

I listened to your Dante book reading and this is the point. What we're saying back and forth is that we may be living in the time of shades where everyone around us is an NPC where they don’t have the spark in them, right? But if we go after our love, if we take agency and act in this world with love, that will draw us through this time. Maybe.

Professor Jiang:

Also, I will point out this: in the Sabbatean-Frankist religion, they're looking for the sparks of light, right? If you prove you're a spark of light, they won't mess with you. Proving that you can ask questions, proving that you can be creative, proving that you're willing to die for what you believe in is a spark of light.

How can people raise their consciousness and protect their children?

Audience question:

I was wondering if this was maybe keeping us in the object. The object is this reality. Love can be a concept for one or another. The counter movement right now is exactly that: leaving the object, leaving this way of overthinking. The counter movement right now is to elevate your vibration, elevate your consciousness, to not be affected by the object. I don't know how long you've been here in Montreal, but Montreal is under many planes right now, helicopters, fake mufflers making sound all over the city, fake holes in the city not being repaired. I don't know. I think Montreal is one of the next ones coming to be part of Agenda 2030.

Right now my problem is to not be affected by this as much as possible, because they want to keep us in the object, into this. You say about your kids: don't put them into school. But you keep being affected by this, and the chip is coming. I don't want to go back there, but how are you going to keep your kids from the chip and from this?

Professor Jiang:

The question for us is, how do you become a spark of light, right? Because we are all sparks of light, but you choose whether or not to become a spark of light. If you read Dante, he will say there are two things: the will and the desire. If you recognize in yourself that I matter and I have the power and the free will to live whatever life I want, if you truly believe that, then all solutions will come to you. The problem is, as you point out, we've been brainwashed to think that we don't matter, that we're not sparks of light, that whatever we do doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.

It's really about elevating, as you say, elevating your consciousness and reaching a point where you recognize that everything I do has a huge impact in the universe. Everything I do must matter. I must live a life of consequence, of consciousness, of beauty, of truth. Because what matters is my life. I shouldn't worry about everyone else. I should worry about my life. If I have a child, then I should love my child to the best of my ability, and I shouldn't really worry about what other people think.

Because one way that they really get you is they separate you and your child at a very early age.

Right? And what that does is it causes anxiety in a child for the rest of his life or her life. Right? It causes anxiety in you as well. Right? Think about how if your child isn't around how much anxiety you have. You're always wondering "Is my child safe at school?" Right? So it's always trying to create fear and anxiety in you. And what you need to do is change your mindset, become a spark of light and try to focus on love.

What represents the good in your metaphysical framework?

Audience question:

I think a few people have kind of been dancing around a similar thing with their questions. So I'm going to try and ask it maybe in a different way just to clarify it in my mind. But if you were talking about this idea that sin allows you to gain power, become an elite, because you don't care about the consequence of what you do in that way. In your metaphysical framework, what does the good represent?

Is it what you were talking about with the Monad? Is it just divine source? Is it one source of God? Is it in these infinite dimensions there's a force for good and a force for evil? Is there a counter to that strategy of just sinning because that puts you at an advantage over people who are not willing to sin? Or is there some, in your personal view for yourself, are you adherent to a higher force that you might call something like God or Jesus or the Monad?

Professor Jiang:

So first thing I want to do is clarify the nature of sin. I'm not saying that these people choose to sin. I'm just saying that they're born in a certain way that allows them to sin easier than other people. They're psychopaths. They don't feel regret for their actions. So, it's like alcoholics. Why are certain people alcoholics? Well, most of us if we drink too much, we feel bad. We throw up, right? And the next day we get up and we regret it. Alcoholics are different.

Alcoholics, the more they drink, the happier they are, the more energetic they are. So, same thing with sin where most of us if we sin, we feel bad about it. This guilt makes us anxious. We can't sleep at night. Whereas the powerful people, they don’t have this problem. Like when they sin, they don't really care. Now, there are certain ways to create this in people. And one mechanism that the elite use is called disassociation. So they basically traumatize your children. So the children don't actually feel anything. They're disassociated.

So when they hurt other people, they don't really know. So they wish to induce this into children. And Sabbatean-Frankists actually practice this. They practice ritual incest. So there are ways to traumatize children so as to make them better elite. But another way to understand what's going on is imagine a forest. And in this forest you have different animals. You have wolves, you have lions, you have rabbits, you have birds.

And we need to appreciate that. They're all there for a very special purpose, right? We can be like, "You know what, the wolves are mean, so let’s kill all the wolves." Well, when you do that, you just destroy the balance of the forest, right? And this creates all sorts of problems. And that's what I'm saying about human society as well, where we're all born for a purpose, for a reason. And we can be like, "The elite are evil, so we need to overthrow the elite." But I don't know where that gets you, right?

So, why we're here is to elevate our consciousness, to learn things about ourselves that we couldn't anywhere else, to live our lives to the best of our ability. No one can stop you from doing that. The elite are not preventing you from living a happy life. You're the one preventing yourself from living a happy life. So, I would say stop thinking about the elite because they'll always be who they are. They will always be wolves.

They will always commit sin. And focus on yourself and say, "How can I be a much more open, generous and kind person to the people around me?" Once you do that, then the universe changes.

Why do the people who remain matter to spiritual forces?

Audience question:

My question is about predictions. As you mentioned, you think that we are back to family, and it reminds me of a story about Buddha and the king of evil that happened 2,000 years ago. The king of evil said:

My followers will go to your temple at the end of the world.

And Buddha said:

It's okay because my followers will go back to family.

What you just said reminds me of that. Besides that, there are always other predictions, especially in China. China has thousands of predictions that already exist for at least 1,000 years, and some of them are very accurate. You mentioned that billions of people will be removed, the same as in the Chinese prediction.

I accepted that for years. It's hard, but I accept that. But I feel that it seems that it's just a movie. At the end of the movie, it seems the forces that they just mentioned, the good ones, the bad ones, they want to change. They cannot change maybe the main part of the movie, but they try to use the virus of ideas to impact who will become the one that exists in the last. Why do we matter? Why do people who last in the end matter to these different forces? If the end is the end of the world, who exists in the last matters to the different forces of the spirits. It seems this is what they're working on.

Professor Jiang:

I think we have to remember the universe is always a spiritual battle between the force of light and darkness, between good and evil. And there's always going to be shifts in this battle. And I think there's no point in thinking about the macro, about the superstructure of things, because we’re talking thousands, millions of years and they’re forces beyond our control. I think that we're here to live our best possible life and it's always our choice whether or not to be a spark of light. To be a spark of light again is to say, "I matter. My life matters." I should just focus on the here and now and doing the best I can.

And not being a spark of light, it's like, ‘Well, I'm an NPC, and there's this huge war going on. I have no control over it, so nothing I do matters.’ That's a choice you have to make as a person and no one can help you.

Was the Flydubai incident a false flag?

Audience question:

This is more geopolitics. I know we've been talking about existential stuff, so this might be a little bit more grounded. But the day before yesterday, the plane hijacking—I don't know if you've dug into the details, but I find it hard to believe. It's all very convenient. There were two pilots that were sitting behind. The nosedive should have had G-forces that killed everyone, but apparently didn't. The stabbing, the fact that it was just all Israelis as passengers. Do you believe it was a false flag? And if it is, are the normal citizens part of the plot, or the co-pilot who was stabbed, are they just sort of victims from the elite's planning, I guess? Also, what does it achieve? Is it just for the elections, a sort of ‘us against them’ kind of narrative, or what is the overall objective if you believe it's a false flag?

Can the system be changed from within?

Audience question:

Do you believe in changing the system from within? Let's say we're not happy with the system. According to game theory, we got three options. We climb up the ladders and try to influence the system. We just try to get by and put food on the table, and then focus on ourselves and our children and hope the next generation will make a better system. Or we try to get out of the system and start on our own, which is a huge, huge risk.

Professor Jiang:

Let me answer this question first. There is no such thing as changing the system from within. There just is not. You can only change from within. Changing the system from within is your way of saying, "I want to be like them but not like them." That's just stupid. Stop thinking like that. Just say, "What I need to do is be the change myself." Change from within, not change the system from within.

Professor Jiang, answering the question about Flydubai:

Your question about the Flydubai incident. So this takes us back to Sabbatean-Frankism and what they believe about the Kabbalah. What they believe is this. No one else matters except me. So as long as I believe the narrative, then that's good enough. So I don't know what happened in that incident, but you're absolutely right in that the official narrative makes no sense. And a lot of pilots have come out and said, "No, the story itself makes no sense." But this is not to say something did not happen on that plane, right? So, what might have happened was this. Something did happen on that plane and the Israeli media blew it up and then the politicians took advantage of it and created this narrative that made Israel look good. So, I’m not saying—it was probably not a false flag, but it was probably something that happened. It was pretty minor and then it got blown up.

And why are the Israelis doing this? Because from their perspective, from the perspective of Frankism, the world doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is Israel. If we, the Israeli people can agree on something and we do it together, we can conquer the world. Exactly. So the only thing that matters in the Kabbalah is your relationship with God. If you have enough faith, you can do anything in the world.

I don't need the world on my side. I don't need public opinion on my side. All I need is for God to be with me and for the Jews, for the Israelite people to stay united. That's all we need. And so whatever happens to promote this agenda is good. These stories in the media, they don't have to be true. What matters is the result. That’s the other thing about Frankism, which is the only thing that matters is the result.

The sin is part of the process to get us to the redemption. What matters is the redemption.

What about The Zionist Origins of Islam?

Audience question:

And I've got another question. So, I don’t know how I found this, but I read an article named The Zionist Origins of Islam. And according to the article, there was an Ebionite Jew, Muhammad, during the Roman–Sasanian war in 620 who rebuilt the temple at this time, and they waited for the coming back of Jesus, but Jesus never came back and so they went back to the desert.

Mecca and Medina. Does this influence or change anything? Did you know this?

Professor Jiang:

So one big question is the question of Islam. Where did it emerge from? And so again we have to appreciate that dynamic nature of the Middle East. They're always at war. They're always fighting these religious wars. So what happened was this: during the three Roman wars a lot of Jews were forced to go into the Arabian desert. During these Roman wars, the Romans were massacring a lot of Jews, forcing them to find refuge in the desert because Romans don't like sand.

They avoid the sand. While they were in the desert, these Jewish communities were promoting a faith that influenced the Arab people. And so they were implanting these ideas like the coming of the Messiah in the Arab religion. And so when different communities come together, their religions also merge together. So a lot of the most powerful ideas from the Jewish religion started to seep into their beliefs, even though they were pagans. And one belief of course is the coming of the Messiah and the end of the world.

And then the turning point was the war between the Byzantines and the Persians. The Sasanians. During this war, there were a lot of refugees who were fleeing into the Arabian desert, and there were Jews who were supporting the Persians. Because of the Persian support, these Jews were able to take over Jerusalem. But the problem is at that time Jerusalem was occupied by the Christians. The Christians called for help from the Byzantines. The emperor was Heraclius. Heraclius sent a massive army to relieve Jerusalem. And this army killed a lot of Jews.

Christians and the Byzantines were killing Jews all over the place. And again, remember, in the Jewish faith, in the darkest times comes the light. So the Messiah appears when all hope is lost.

And so there’s this messianic expectation that someone would emerge as the Messiah. And that person of course was Muhammad. So there were probably different candidates, but Muhammad was the one who captured the imagination of both the Jews and the Muslims. And Muhammad as Messiah, what he promised was a direct connection to God. So because he was a messiah, that energized the Arabs and the Jews to fight alongside him and because the Romans, the Byzantines and the Persians were very corrupt, that allowed the Arabs to sweep through the Levant. The problem is that after Muhammad died, there's a power struggle and this power struggle, they basically erased all this history. Because they did not want to reveal the Jewish origins of Islam.

What would a school for prophets look like?

Audience question:

I'm just going to ask something that we haven't talked about yet, but you've announced on podcasts. I don't know how much you'll be ready to talk about it, but maybe you can do us Montreal a privilege. So you talked about a big project actually that is kind of like off course of what you're kind of known for which is a school for prophets. I’m just very curious about your ideas and what that structure would look like. Just maybe a little preview of that.

Professor Jiang:

So I did mention half in jest that I will start eventually a university for prophets. And so what I think is a long-term trajectory of humanity we are going to shift from an age of entrepreneurs to an age of prophets. Meaning, before, a lot of people that we consider great entrepreneurs, people like Steve Jobs, in a different era they would be prophets instead. Because someone like Steve Jobs was basically a prophet who made a lot of money, right? But he was a great storyteller. He was messianic in his mission. He had a lot of energy. So I think that we will shift from an environment that fosters entrepreneurship to an environment that fosters prophecy. And I'm pretty sure this will happen. I'm trying to figure out who in our world are most likely to be prophets in the next world.

And I have certain names in mind. People like Nick Fuentes, Sneako, Andrew Tate, Joe Rogan. These names come to mind. That's why I actually choose to interact with them, because I'm trying to figure out who these people are, how they think, and how they would act in the age of prophets, and I mean these people are extremely talented and they're able to present a vision to the followers that captures their imagination. And they're very active people. They're very energetic. They're very active. I'm very good friends with Sneako and I’ve always been very impressed by his curiosity. I'm impressed by his virtue as well because as you guys may know he's one of the few influential people in the world who refuses to take gambling money.

He will not advertise gambling even though he's losing millions of dollars in revenue because of that. So I respect that. Someone like Andrew Tate I think will be very influential as well because what he's going through is basically martyrdom, persecution, right? Even though we’re like, "He deserves this because he’s a creep." Look, from the perspective of his followers, he's innocent. He did nothing wrong and he's being persecuted. And I think that he may go to prison for a few years, but he’ll probably come out because he'll make a deal and he'll be a lot stronger because of it.

So, I'm trying to figure out who these people are, where they come from, how they think. And I think that in the future there'll be more people like that. And so when I start a university of prophets, I'm not trying to say I want to direct these people. I don't want to influence how they think. But what I want to do is bring them together and give them the tools and the knowledge in order for them to achieve whatever prophecy that they want to achieve. It’s basically, how do I position myself to be the most relevant in the next phase of humanity?

What role do pets play in spiritual evolution?

Audience question:

Do you have pets, and what do you think their role is—cats, dogs or other animals—in our spiritual evolution or something like this in the following world?

Professor Jiang:

I don't have a pet. We’re trying to get a dog for our kid. The problem is we’re always moving around. So, we would definitely want our children to grow up with animals because we think that animals also channel the divine.

Are there resets in humanity?

Audience question:

Humanity resets?

Professor Jiang:

Yeah. So, the question is, are there resets in humanity? And there have been a lot of resets. The most obvious, of course, is the Bronze Age collapse. And so what happens is that if we believe that the universe is a war of these spiritual forces, eventually one certain force dominates in a way that forces the world to be off balance. And we are very much in a time of reset, where maybe the force of Sabbatean-Frankism is too dominant. And when that happens, then it's like the Tower of Babel, it’s going to fall down. And so I think we are living in a time of the great reset. And I think that we are going to splinter. So I don't think that one age replaces another. I think that this one age that we're living in will break off into multiple possibilities.

You have a possibility that's promoted by people like Peter Thiel, which is something that's called a network state, basically a nation state controlled by a corporation. Imagine the world falls apart, but then Google has its own country, Meta has its own country. I think the network state is a very strong possibility. We are going also into the age of prophets, where these very charismatic figures will basically be warlords and have their own following. You have new religions popping up. You'll have the emergence of a very multipolar world.

And in this world of the great reset, there are opportunities and new possibilities, and I really want to be part of this transition. Where I will differ from a lot of religious traditions is, if you're Buddhist or you're Hindu, you think that this world is lost, that this world is hopeless, this world is of sin. Those who commit sin are most likely to win in this world, so let's give up this world and let's wait for the next world. And I'm like, no, that's not why we're here.

We're here to find a light even in darkness, and if we matter, then we will struggle, we will fight for a better world. That's how we prove we matter. I don't want to be an observer. I want to be an actor. But it's going to take some time before I'm able to do a lot of things that I want to do. And quite honestly, I'm not yet quite sure what I really want to do. I think these things will appear to me as things progress.
